CREDENTIALS & AGE REQUIREMENTS

Completed and Signed Application: Each team will be required to provide us with a completed and signed application. If you have turned in an application and the signature is missing, we will request that you submit another.

Certificate of Insurance: Each team will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance indicating that your team is fully insured. This certificate must be turned in at the credentials meeting prior to the tournament in order for your team to be eligible for participation.

Program Roster: Each team will be responsible to provide program and scout packet roster for publication. Rosters received after June 15th will not appear in the program or the scout book for recruiters. It is a must that you complete the roster in full so that the scout books will be complete. Mandatory Credentials Check: A Mandatory Credentials check will be held from 6:00 pm (EST) until 7:00 pm (EST) on July 7th.

Mandatory Coaches Meeting: The mandatory coaches meeting will be held at 7:30 pm (EST) on Sunday, July 7th.

Official Tournament Roster: Each team will be responsible to provide an official tournament roster along with a clear and clean copy of each player's birth certificate. Age Requirements:  The cut off date will be May 1st.
