Dates:  July 10-17, 2010
Location: Pensacola, Florida
Fields: University of West Florida, Pensacola Junior College and area high school fields

18U Division: Age Cutoff  May 1

Cost:   $1350 per team (Non-Members)
Games:   6 Games (Weather Permitting)
Format:   Pool Play + Championship

CREDENTIALS & AGE REQUIREMENTS

Completed and Signed Application: Each team will be required to provide us with a completed and signed application. If you have turned in an application and the signature is missing, we will request that you submit another.

Certificate of Insurance: Each team will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance indicating that your team is fully insured. This certificate must be turned in at the credentials meeting prior to the tournament in order for your team to be eligible for participation.

Program Roster: Each team will be responsible to provide program and scout packet roster for publication. Rosters received after June 15th will not appear in the program or the scout book for recruiters. It is a must that you complete the roster in full so that the scout books will be complete. Mandatory Credentials Check: A Mandatory Credentials check will be held from 6:00 pm (CST) until 7:00 pm (CST) on July 9th.

Mandatory Coaches Meeting: The mandatory coaches meeting will be held at 7:30 pm (CST) on Friday, July 9th.

Official Tournament Roster: Each team will be responsible to provide an official tournament roster along with a clear and clean copy of each player's birth certificate. Once the official roster has been submitted, there will be no more changes to that roster. A blank excel roster is available here: Blank Excel Roster Form

Age Requirements: This tournament allows college players as long as they meet the age cut off. The cut off date will be May 1st. Players cannot reach age 19 before May 1 to be eligible.

Age Exception: Players 19 years old and eligible for high school play his senior year must request a special 19U waiver form to be completed and signed by his current high school coach, a school administrator, and a notary. This form must be completed and accompany the birth certificate at the credentials meeting. The 19U Waiver Form is available here: 19U Waiver Form
